iBooster CAN Interface
A custom interface for the Bosch iBooster
Used for remote drive braking on the F1 Crash car and the airplane in the move “The Dog Stars”
I designed and built a CAN interface that can completely control the bosh iBooster removed from a Tesla vehicle and built into remote drive vehicles. This required a large amount of reverse engineering of the CAN implementation, rigourous testing and fine tuning.
The end result was a highly responsive interface to allow remote drive operations.
